    It's actually open to the public, but it's almost always full, which is why VIPs can join it when it's full. Bottom line, the VIP Practice Server is a training server where you can choose specific games to play, and ONLY that game in order to become better at the said game.

    Only VIP's can actually play the games, regular players can join but they can only spectate.

    Thank you both for this information. I was confused about this as well. Maybe that will bring some funds in from the MinecraftParty servers as well.

    Correct me if I am wrong, but yesterday I was able to use the VIP server just fine and I am not a donor. There were only 13 players in the VIP server and when I joined it allowed me to select the games and play them? I don't know if this is a bug or I am misunderstanding something.
