Server Idea- Morphine

    One thing that WarZ needs is more ways for it to be realistic. MC-War and Minecraft Party have never been realistic, as far as I know, but WarZ is. One way we could make this server more realistic is pain. In real life if you are shot down once with a sniper in the leg, you won't continue fighting as if nothing has happened. I suggest that if you get below a certain amount of hearts, you get Weakness and or Slowness I. It will flash up in chat that you are in intense pain, similar to when a player breaks his legs. One way to fix this would be to inject yourself with morphine.

    Morphine Factfile:
    Found in Zones: 2+
    Frequency: As common as blood bags.
    Time to apply: Almost instantly, cannot be applied again for another 10 seconds.
    Can it be applied to other players: No
    Effects: Pain ends and you are restored to full health. Has a 40% (can be changed) chance to give you Nausea 1 for 30 seconds.

    Isn't this in DayZ? And how is zombies considered realistic?

    No Minecraft server or any computer game for that matter can be totally realistic. But this game is more realistic than most. I was merely suggesting a way to make it even more realistic. Of course having a snow city and a nether region where you can find a high quality sniper just lying around in a chest isn't realistic. But I got the feeling that one of the things people liked about WarZ is how realistic it was. I certainly like that about it.
    There is a WarZ server ideas? I was searching for that part of the forum, but I could not find it. If I simply did not look hard enough then I apologise and I will second the motion to have this moved to the server ideas section.

    IF your not informed, This is based of DAYZ (witch i play) Not real life.... In dayz - Morphine is used to cure a player of broken bones. It has a chance to spawn in all military, residential and industrial loot spawns but is most commonly found in medical tents and hospitals. Morphine can be used on yourself or another player with the mouse wheel menu. This is basically what bones are for, but Back on track, your kinda saying replace bones with this, but I think getting infected, breaking bones and bleeding is enough for now.

    "I suggest that if you get below a certain amount of hearts, you get Weakness and or Slowness" Sounds like your new you get, slowness from zooming in this would confuse people. Also weakness wouldn't be good, you already get 1-2 hit from a berret when in full iron. And as i said before - carring infection cure, bones, bandages, And morphine would be a bit too much.

    Also I do think morphine in certain games gives you a sort of speed boost

    What he means is he wants it to be as close to realism as it can possible get and I totally agree morphine sounds like a great addition.

    Morphine is meant to restore broken bones in dayz. So all we need to do is retexture a bone to look like a morphine stick and rename it morphine.

    the HD warz texture pack bones actually look like morphine I think it actually is morphine now that I think of it.

    It looks quite interesting. I would like this, but I feel if they added this, they might have to remove something else. Otherwise, people have too much to do in combat of if they are hurt, to restore themselves to max health.

    Because living in a zombie apocalypse where you can wear full armor made out of diamond and survive .50 caliber sniper shots to the head is a completely realistic situation.

    All I'm saying is that WarZ is more realistic than a lot of servers, seeing how you can break bones and bleed.
