Ice Ray ( Donator Gun )

    The basic idea and looks are based off of the ray-gun, except in blue. It should take two direct hits to kill, but the splash, instead of damaging others, makes them slower. Not the " OMG a snail is faster than me!" kind of slow, but like, if they right-clicked or are crouching, or even walking on soul sand. There would have to be a smaller blast area because of the slowness affect and a slower fire rate so people won't rage about it being "op". The slower fire rate and smaller blast area will compensate for the slowing/freezing affect and the damage is more than fair.

    This looks interesting. I would think that this should maybe be added as a tester first, and then if it's successful then made into a donor item. Nice idea mate.

    Direct hits are how you get kills or you slow a group and take them out with your pistol. The damage would be around the same as the dessert Eagle, more or less.

    This idea is fun and unique however the point of donator guns are suppose to be unique in a certain way no other guns can relate to it. I like the idea however keep what I said in mind.
