Server idea

Yep if there isn't like 30 posts about this, lol, Yes it would take forever to code, but if we look at shot bow they have it but its really glitched..... I would like to see this added, but What would the cars, planes and trucks be?

 

I don't know, I mean it's a good concept and I like it but would be a little too difficult I think. Although if it's do-able and it isn't buggy i'd love to see it implemented.

 

Luv the idea! But sadly it is hard to code . If it was added they would be like pigs that are textured as cars!

The problem is it's probably going to be buggy/ hard to code.

Besides that.. I'd love to fly a plane around the map and crash into people :V

Planes would be pretty buggy if we added them.
Anyways, WarZ is (I believe) the next to be recoded.

 

I think that it shouldn't be difficult to code because there's already plugins for it also it depends but a lot of servers use it and generally it works very well

 

It's not as easy as installing a plugin.

This was just me and putty messing around with essentials, there's a bat stacked under my boat so when the bat flies, I fly. But if you code the bats invisible and the boats controllable I guess it could be done. We would need to retexture them but yea.

Good idea, but I have no idea what it would take to get it implemented.

You aren't understanding what he said, he said it isn't as easy as installing a plugin. Also we don't have a Vehicles plugin, so that would need to be made from scratch.

 

It would be nice to have detectives vehicles in WarZ. It would give a twist to the game mode, making it better and more unique than other servers similar. As said above, coding this plugin would be the main challenge.

 

Just thought of something else, if you find a car or something I think it would be neat if you had to repair it. Now this is a lot more to add but maybe you could find repair kits to repair a car if you found one, and also you would have to find a car key to start it. Maybe there could be gas as well but I have no clue how we would do that, perhaps the hunger bar or something? or a statistic pops up on the scoreboard showing the amount of gas left.

 

That. Is. Epic. I love the concept, that way you don't just find a car and hop in. You actually have to find supplies for it to run, or for it to have its full 'health.' If you drive a damaged car, and if it gets damaged enough, maybe the car could explode, killing the player inside? The amount of health left of the car could also be displayed in a score board. This would certainly make things interesting.

 

Yup that is from DayZ I would always find cars but never had the resources to use them :<
