    I just wanted to make a small edit to the mod application sheet, as I feel that it needs to contain a bit more. This is just a suggestion for what I think it could look like in the future.

    Mc-Brawl Moderator Application:

    Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? -
    Are you available on Skype?-
    Which server are you applying for?     -
    Have you applied for mod before?-
    Are you active on an lay account?-

    How old are you, and date of birth? -
    What time zone are you in? -
    What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? Tell us some interesting things. -
    What is your experience with moderating servers? Give picture evidence, or get someone to prove it. -
    What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? -
    Why do you wan't to be a moderator on the server?-

    How active do you consider yourself in-game? -
    How active do you consider yourself on TS3? -
    How active do you consider yourself on the forums? -
    What do you consider your greatest strength? -
    What do you consider your greatest weakness? -
    How good is you're relationship with people on the servers?-

    How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? -
    How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? -
    How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? -

    Aside from a few grammatical errors, this seems to be an updated version of our current format.
    I'm fine with this.

    Thanks. I just think that the new one should be a bit more detailed, as it is getting old.

    I like this idea. It would make the mods app's better, hopefully. Also I am bored of the old apps…yea.

    I think some of those were pretty good ideas. What do you not like about it?
    The part about not holding grudges was a good idea. A moderator cannot be biased
    And the part about being respected in-game also seems nice. If you have authority but not respect, then you will be ruling by fear. That's never a good thing.

    As GreySwordz said, almost 99% of the Members who apply for Moderator will answer yes to that question. I guess you could elaborate on it, but most people (especially New Members) will put a simple 'Yes.' If the Moderator Application were to be modified, I would suggest adding a question that requires more feedback. Same thing applies the the respected in-game question, but I happen to like that one.

    I would be fine if this were added. I would just like to see some more in depth questions added as well.

    Hum... What do you mean by that? And if everyone has to tell something "interesting", i think they will run out of ideas very quickly?!

    Ehhh... just seems like the current one with a few adjustments, and to be honest seems like it's easy to "cheat" at, if you get what I mean by that, easier to fake.
    Personally the current one is fine in my opinion.

    Also... why is this in mc-war...? Why not in off topic? Or in community?
