    One of the days, i was about to start playing D mine and i starting digging in the ground before it started and i got stuck inside the first block!

    Maybe its because you were hitting the grass blocks so fast that when it started you were hitting them and it appeared again maybe thats why so then you were lagging and you were glitching its probably a Minecraft bug.
