    It's not mafia's decision on the clan war, it's marcel's. If you're talking about assisting TRA, then yes, it's mafia's decision.

    The time zone difference between New York and Germany is about 6 hours. So for Europeans and americans to play at the same time it would be from 6-16 o'clock (6-4) in america and 12-22 o'clock (12-10). These are the most reasonable times that would work for both. For the west coast it would be a tighter time because of a 9 hour time difference, 6-13 o'clock (6-1).
