    Map Name: Wasteland
    How long did it take to make?: 3-4 days
    Is it checked for out-of-map areas?: Yes, I spent hours checking everything
    Can you provide images and a download?: Yes it will be provided below
    Is the map from CoD?: No, but it is very similar and well made
    Map Gamemodes: TDM and INF

    Map Description: A small strip of desert near the african jungle, sinkholes were found and local africans started mining from them. They send down one man at a time to mine the oil and precious metals below the surface. The africans are constructing a camp completely enclosed, and hidden from anyone else. They have high security patrolling the area, so I wouldn't risk trying to break in. *Briefing Concluded*

    I have checked it and i think it's a bit uneven cus one of the teams has a unfinished building with only 2 floors while the other has a finished building with 4 floors.
    It also doesn't have much detail wich makes it hard to "camp" (no place to hide) it's a bit to open and small but i think the concept is good but need to make it larger, put a bit more work on it. I am also working on a map and just the basics (no buildings) took me 2 days .

    But you got some cool ideas i liked the one with the hole on the ground in the middle but you can't access the house there.It's a bit unfortunate, try open that.
    In asthetics it looks good just that sandstone building looks unfinished.

    Sorry if you think that i am saying a lot of bad things but i think that just needs a little more work, nothing else

    Thank you for your feedback. The point of the sandstone building was that is was supposed to look unfinished. Also, 1 out of the 4 floors in the other house is a garage, no where really good to be sniping or camping... I tried hard to even it all out. Also what house are you talking about that you cant access?

    I think you didn't noticed but the stone "house" in the middle(has no floor) has glass blocks on it ,if ou changed it to glass panes and put a floor i think it would help

    Please post screenshots. Take screenshots in Minecraft using the F2 key. Then transfer them to your PC's pictures folder. Then got to imgur.com and click "Web" on the top right hand side of the screen. After that, click "Browse Computer". And then you choose the photos you want then click upload. Easy but complicated. After that, just right click the uploaded photo and click "Copy Shortcut". Hope that helps. There is also a tutorial on some other part of the fourms. I'll download it and check it out later :wink:

    EDIT: Ignore the imgur information because I just found out you have a mac.

    Thats not a house... its a winch for moving the mine cart up and down.

    A little small, maybe only suitable for small groups, make it a little less open maybe, and I think it'll make a great map.
