Should The MOTD be changed to what map, gamemode, and time is left?

    Sup guys

    I spend a lot of time searching through each server, to find one that is going to start soon. I bet a lot of people do the same thing. After going through 10 servers, it gets kinda painful. Thats why I think the motd of the server should display the current/next map, and how much is longer, or when it is going to start, and what game mode. So, we can just scroll down our server list, and check out which ones are starting, with no pain at all.

    I think he means that in the little connection bar on your multiplayer menu should show the match gamemode and map along with how much time is left in that match. He says scroll down the server list so I assume he means the multiplayer menu.

    I only know how to code a little so I have to ask, Can you even do that without lagging the server to the brink of destruction?
    Thats a lot of refresh codes

    Sure, this is great
    A lot of servers have pulled this off without lag
    Changing the MOTD is a great idea

    Yeah it's pretty easy to code. I think it's a good idea. It might or might not lag, I don't know

    I like this idea, however, for me the servers do not load very fast so I always use the hub server. This would be even better if they could do something similar under the emerald blocks in your inventory in the hub.
