    Why? Excuse my ignorance, but could you please tell me why this gravedig was denied? Is it something about the section it's in? Sorry if I'm being a tad ignorant right now.

    The clan may be considered "dead," but people may still want to join, or it may be revived. For example, my clan END was dead, but I passed the ownership to schoolkid, who revived it.
