Ddosing problems

    Me and a few other people have been having problems with other players DDOSing us(or threatening to) and ryan2792 was DDOSd for like 6 hrs. This is getting out of hand and i was wondering what we could d about it. #notpointingfingers

    You could get a vpn or a proxy or both.

    I love it when people claim to be getting DDoS'd when they have no proof.
    First of all, I highly doubt you got DDoS'd for six hours straight, you most likely got booted off for six hours.
    My question is who the f*ck did you add on skype that you pissed off, or did you piss off server admins with essentials? Like do you seriously not understand how big of a problem DDoS attacks are nowadays?

    I've been DDoS'd and DoS'd, and fortunately I had the luck of having a friend who helped me backtrace the kids doing it, and they stopped once they got their cover blown.
    My advice is, get a DDoS defense system, change your IP, or get someone to help you out with this and backtrace.
    A VPN/Proxy is a good start for now though.
    Also, this belongs in off topic, not mc-war.

    Refer to this. Get proof of people threatening to DDoS/DDoSing, and then we'll ban them.

    And we can't do much without proof of DDoS/DDoSing as said above.

    Done. @Northarsenal7784 contact me or any other members of staff if you get proof.
    The only real way to defend youself is to change your ip, or get a proxy.
