Spawn sponges

In war it gives you resistance so you can not take fall damage. I think the reason why they do not give resistance in PVP is because when you do not have spawn protection, use the pad, and receive the fall damage, you could have one or two extra seconds of resistance. With those few seconds, you could get one or two free hits off of someone before they can even damage you. That would be an unfair disadvantage to the person be attacked. The only way to solve the problem is to leave it as it is and do not use the pads, or just get rid of them entirely. ITs the admins call.

 

You could change the distance in which the sponge pad throws you to prevent this from throwing the player outside of spawn and possibly killing them.

 

When you haven't got resistance anymore and accidently step on a sponge, you take a lt of fall damage.
Please remove the sponges.

 

They're deadly. I died with only iron, but it could have been a lot worse. They should be removed to prevent incidents like this.

 

I died in full iron for them too. They should give you resistence at least. I was almost shot into wilderness too...
