New fire button

Well, people are used to the way it is now, and also that would take recoding a lot of things (Correct me if I'm wrong). Also, wrong section. Requesting move to MC-WAR Server ideas.

 

You could just reroute your keys to the opposite click, ex. Right to left click and left to right click. You can do it in the minecraft settings.

 

The thing is you're only thinking about yourself.
Everyone is already used to the way things are now.
Just reroute your mouse, as BBSlayer5150 said.
No need for a recoding just so you can click a different way. :L

 

If you recode it too many people will be confused and fire when they mean to aim, wasting bullets.

 

You can change your controls to left click with your right click and vice versa instead of changing it for everybody

Also, it'll prevent continuous fully automatic firing. Everything will have to be a single shot then.

 

Change it in your settings then.
I would however not enjoy this.

 

You change the configs, it's like a five minute process.

Adam is right, swinging makes it awkward, unless you can find a way to cancel it (will look into it)

 

I asked someone about it for firing modes, like single shot and three round bursts. Something like that would be cool, but then guns could only have one type of firing mode, because of the limitations of Minecraft. Hopefully you find a solution to it.

 

As already said, most people are used to the way things are now. Changing the controls would confuse a lot of people.

 

I like to spray by holding my right click it's better than clicking constantly.
