Multiplayer Servers Mod Application:

Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? - Well, Before I quit McBrawl, I was massively active on the three, and despite me only returning very currently, I believe I have been very active on the servers & forums once again, and will continue to be as active, as I previously was as WarZ Moderator. I am mostly active on the servers and to be honest, I play equally on WarZ/ Minecraft Party & PVP Survival, but i'm going to take it one step at a time.
Which server are you applying for? - WarZ

How old are you? - 15 (February 17th 1998)
What time zone are you in? - Great Britain, England (Unsure of exact timezone)
What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? - I have been playing Minecraft for around 3 years now, Starting shortly after it's PC release in 2009. When I first began to play minecraft, and for much of the following year, I played only on single player, getting a good grip on the game and it's mechanics. I believe I have a great understanding of the game, and things related to it such as Bukkit etc. This is important for answering questions involving Bugs/Glitches. After my first year of gaming, I then moved on to begin playing Multiplayer. This took some getting used to, of course. But I managed to get a good understanding of it within a few months, and have since then owned a couple of successful servers. In particular, I enjoy playing custom plugin servers, such as all the servers of on the McBrawl network.
What is your experience with moderating servers? - I pride myself on having a wide range of moderating & staffing experience. I have moderated on many different servers, with game modes such as Hunger Games, PVP Factions, Vanilla Survival, DayZ, RolePlay & Creative. As I don't want to make this too similar to my previous accepted applications, I'll only list a couple of my more recent moderation & administrative roles. Firstly, I was selected to be 'Manager' on Mirage Creative server, this role was very similar to Admin, however, I also had the responsibility of Managing (promoting / demoting) staff. Also, I then became Community Manager on Sherwood Gaming Role Player server. After working with that server for a couple of months, I was then also promoted to Community & Events Manager, in which I was given heavy responsibility. I was both Guard & Moderator on Legends Realm, a PVP Factions server. As well as that, I have also Owned many servers in the past, one of which being a Guns Survival (Custom Plugin) server. All of my servers generated me around £500 of profit individually.
What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - Hopefully, I proved myself as a good, responsible moderator when I lasted moderated both WarZ & MinecraftParty, and I plan on doing exactly that again. It was unfortunate that I had to leave Brawl for a while, And I am extremely happy to be back, and I would love the opportunity to uptake my moderator roles again. As I was last time, I am an active member of staff, how moderates both servers & forums well, always answering questions, giving idea's and suggestions, having fun with other players, and bringing any situations to a balanced conclusion. Hopefully, you will trust in me to carry on from how I left off, and moderate WarZ once again!

How active do you consider yourself in-game? - In game, I consider myself a very fair moderator. WarZ is renowned in the McBrawl world, for there being a lot of talk of DDOS & Hacks, well, if anything liked that ever occurred once I was on the server, I was always swift to end any talks / situations. And I can do this in game, because of how active I am in game. So, I would consider myself a very active in game member of the community, as I once was, and will be again!
How active do you consider yourself on TS3? - I am first to admit that my activity in TS3 is not up to the high standards of my activity on the servers & forums, however, this does not mean I am completely in-active on TS, because, I am not. I am regularly on TS, and will be sure to increase my activity on TS even further!
How active do you consider yourself on the forums? - I like to consider myself one of the most active members of the forums when i'm around. I enjoy seeing the opinions of other players in Brawl, and I like to communicate my opinion also, this is why I am so active on the forums.
What do you consider your greatest strength? - Greatest Strengths? Activity on server & forums
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - CURRENT activity on TS, however, I will be sure to change this if re-instated as moderator

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? -First time, I see it important to only let the player know that what they are doing is against the rules of MCB.
How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? - A second time, it will be a much more formal warning, and I will be sure to make it known to the offending player aware that they are in breech of the rules, and if they continue to do so, they will be punished.
How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? - By this point, I fell as if the players is fully aware that what they are doing is wrong, and they are intentionally breaking the rules, so hence, they will be kicked/Temp Banned - depending on whatever the transgression may be.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? - I will accept it, I find it entertaining to be proved wrong on the forums, I never get confrontational about silly things such as this.
What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? - When someone is breaking a forum rule, depending on what it is, I will either Lock the thread, or if it is a comment, I will be sure to mail the user and let them know of that they have done wrong, and ask them nicely not to do it again.
When would you lock a thread? - Threads should only ever be locked if the thread is in direct violation of the forum rules. If a question has been answered, for example, I will not lock the thread, as there is no reason to lock it, and others may have other ideas/answers to add.

Describe yourself in 1 sentence: I devote my time to McBrawl whenever I have spare time, and would love to continue moderating on the servers.
Anything else we should know about you? - README - I understand that I have only very recently returned to McBrawl, however, I had not planned on re-applying this early on. However, Noticing that Both Zef and MrWolfy have resigned from their moderation responsibilities, I saw an open spot. And as WarZ servers are really filling out now, 3 moderators just isn't enough for WarZ, and I have found my self having to mini-moderate a lot of the time! I would love to re-join the staff team.
Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? - Firstly, ask them kindly to return to the map if possible, if they seem to be away / afk I will then kick them. If they seem to be aware that they are out of the map, and not attempting to return, I will then issue them a formal warning, listing what they need to and what punishment they will be issued with. If they are still continuing to remain out of the map, Punishment will then be issued, and I will message them on the forums, if they have an account, explaining what happened from my point of view, and why I did what I did.
Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? - I have a good knowledge of the plugins and commands I'll need to be aware of
Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? - I am aware of this
