    The only icons you have on your taskbar: Google Chrome and Minecraft. Don't you have anything else to do on your computer?

    Ahh yes, this old thing.
    As oppose to Hacking, this is most likely a spawning bug, unless someone has /fly'd up there.
    It is on the pillars of Red Alert, and you can go here to automatically win as that platform never disappears.
