I have witnessed this happen before. I believe as well as a WarZ bug this MAY also be a general minecraft/bukkit issue. If so, there is nothing we can really do about that.
I would advise you to just stay away from boats while is bug is current, and stick to land.

 

Yea, boats are really glitchy, in MC-WarZ and other servers.

 

The boats work on mcbrawl's PVP server, does the pvp server Involve bukkit?

 

I have never came across this bug/glitch, and I have used boats multiple times.

 

Yeah, I have noticed that this isn't a frequent bug on the servers. Therefore I think we can put it down to when there is lag on the servers, this bug may crop up more frequently.

 

Yes, It might have been when there was some lag on the server, and maybe the lag caused the boats to wank out.

 

I use boat travel quite often, and this happens to me every once in a while. I would suggest taking 2 boats with you if you have inventory space or staying close to shore. Then you don't have to swim so much if you lose your boat.

Not that you shouldn't use them, if your FPS are good, and you have seem to have little Latency lag, go ahead, you shouldn't have many problems. It's when you're lagging the issues start.

 

Yes, I have little to no lag, but that is just me, if anyone has a decent computer to medium to low lag you should be alright with boats

 

I believe this is because of no cheat, and it has something to do with the speed your going, and i think it is when you going the max speed on a boat it passes the no-cheat limit then it kicks you, if it's not this then correct me :v
