Idea Camouflage

okay, I only agree to this because the zombies are too annoying. Find a way to make this, add more details

 

Very short invisibility potions could act as camoflauge.

 

Yeah, I like this idea. Idea's similar to this have been suggested in the past, and I have always supported them. Perhaps it could be Chain Armour?

They could be retextured, however not everyone uses the same texture pack. In other words, some people would see an individual, whereas others wouldn't.

 

Very true, however, it could still give the effect of Zombies not noticing you, could it not?

I can see this would be useful in the nether if you're trying to sneak up on someone without a zombie interrupting you. I think this idea seems good.

I like the idea but there are too many ways to get around it.
As Colonel said, not using the same texture pack would get past it.
This could be misunderstood by some players and they would accuse hacks.
Then, we would have false player reports piling up.

Unless there is a guaranteed way around this, I don't see it happening.

 

As I said, I agree with you and Chris, that there would be too many issues for this too work on a player to player basis, however, I still believe it would work well if the suit were to shield you from Zombies sight.

 

As an extremely active "anti-zombie mob activist" I believe this would be mainly used for Zombies, correct?
If so, and it's not meant for players to be invisible to others' eyes, I would actually love to see this.
Because who loves getting mobbed by an immense collection of zombies while trying to exterminate enemies? :L

 

I agree, I am a massive fan of the 'Stay out of Zombies sight' version of this idea. I would love to see it added. Also, if possible, there could also be a change of donation packages with this. I would expect this armour would provide similar level of protection to that of the Leather Armour, therefore it could be a good idea to make this the Starting (Spawning) armour for MVP's then starting armour for VIP's remains as Leather. This isn't giving MVP's much more of a player on player advantage, but will assist them massively in the rest of the game.

 

With this, the idea of donating for a longer invisibility time, such as a better camouflage, could come forward.
With the help of other coders, we could have tiered camouflage levels.

 

I would love to have this, but I think it should have the armor as much as leather armor, so it isn't too OP to battle in, Because if it was it would make it where Zombies can't see you, and if it had as much effect as diamond armor it would take at-least 2 Barrett shots. Which in my opinion is too Op.
