    I believe it can only be made with World Edit, but it is basically a stone slab, but not a slab, like a log or cobblestone. It is an entire block. Someone with WE can clarify this.

    Its a secret block that is double half slab that has no slit in the middle.

    It is probably only possible with World Edit or typing in the game idea of it. However, I'm not sure if typing the whole block slab would work.

    World edit as far as I know. You can also make blocks that have the piston head, but all 6 sides have the piston part. Some of our builders will know.

    You can obtain it via /give [name] 43:8 [amount]
