    I have filed a complaint twice now about a hacker know by the in game name of YallaBoy13 and I have had no reply saying thank you or anything of the sort, if you could inform me on the latest news about the matter I would be very grateful thank you.

    Many people file a report. They cannot sort through them and send each and every single one of the people a thank you.
    You could keep watch on the ban list and see if he is banned. You could contact a moderator or admin directly with the proof as well.

    As rainy said just look on the ban list to see if hes banned or not, contact a mod or admin.

    Your report may be invalid, whether or not you have almost sure or sure proof is a major factor.

    When you report a player, there is usually no reply. If you would like to check out the ban status of a certain player, you can do so here.

    As others have said before me, we do not reply to reports. If you offered valid proof, then you can rest assured that the player in question will be taken care of. If you would like to check a player's ban status to see if they were banned, you can do so here.
    Now if you do happen to check on YallaBoy13's ban status, you will see that he is indeed banned.
    Resolved and locked.
