Any news at all on the update?

This is the news that I know of, it's an update.
A good one. Hopefully

 

It's coming on January 11th.... 2345...
No I don't think any of us know, I would estimate maybe before summer...

Seriously, we need more than just "it's coming out soon" or "just wait", our eager brains are painfully itching for some dev info!

Pretty much our new version of #soon.
I seriously hope I'm not the only one who doesn't even bother to think about the update.

 

They should also add an info page that talks about all of the new things to come in the update...all we know is new SMGs, new selectable killstreaks, a few nerfs, multiple classes, and that's it.

We will also have actual CoD music playing in matches from I have seen in the test server.
There is the new gun game as well, and there is new things you can buy with credits.
Let's not forget about the new game modes as well.
I swear the only thing people care about are the goddamn SMGs.

 

I am really excited for game modes. What will be a bit annoying will be map voting, because I feel some of the underrated maps will not be played, and the over played ones will be on constantly. But game modes for me. Add more variety and play styles.

 

Oh yeah, they have unused sound effects that says "We captured Bravo" or "We have Alpha" in the resource packs, I remember. So I'm assuming Conquest is going to be added? That's awesome...

 

Map voting also brings the most important aspect. No more map changing for mods.
Non-staff have no idea how wonderful that is.

 

IT will be Domination. 3 flags, all start neutral, capture them, and gain as many points as possible. Also, isn't the kill limit being raised for TDM? Of so, that is really good.

 

No more getting a nuke and the round ending :V

 

Somehow, that will still find a way to happen :V. Kill confirmed will be interesting too, people will have to rush and grab tags, and not stay back to pick targets off.

 

I'm pretending the update doesn't exist
So when it comes, I'm completely shocked

 

I can do quadratic equations while waiting. xD

 

Code is done, uncompiled and untested. (news from about a a week or 2 back. Maybe 3 :V) I'm guessing he's fixing bugs in the code/finishing up. Don't know for sure.

I heard they are done with coding, and are just testing everything out.
Can't wait for domination and kill confirmed!
