Hello guys, I recently have been very depressed. Life for me right now is hard. I often have thoughts, suicidal ones and others. It sucks. I just don't feel good, and I do want to. I am asking for advice, if you know what this is like. How do I stop it? I am not sure, but please comment below something that could help me. -xXBearPvPXx

I've never been depressed so I can't tell you from personal experience.

I do, however, give you my consolations and hope you get through this time in your life.

I'm really sorry to hear about this, man. I have a friend going through exactly the same thing. Some advice I could give you is to not give up. Don't give in. This is just a temporary rough patch in your life, it'll be over soon. I would also suggest trying something to relieve your depression. A good thing for that is kava. (Kava is a root with anxiety relieving properties.)

Best of luck, man. It'll get better, don't give up!

Whatever you do, don't commit suicide. There is always a better option. Other than that, there is no other advice I can give you.

Stand up for yourself. Tell everybody what you think is the truth, and stick to that belief, even though they disbelieve you. In other words, build some confidence. I remember when I got impersonated on Facebook, and everyone though I was a freak for something I didn't do. Yeah, it's rough.

Yea, will try to stop thinking about that.

Kava sounds like it could be a good idea but perhaps research it first to make sure it doesn't have any side-effects.

It doesn't. It's basically a strong chamomile tea. I've used it before, it really helps. But feel free to research it, for more information.

    Wha? I don't get you :V

Anyways, just don't give in. The people who think that you are an asshole mean nothing. Just ignore them, and it'll get better from there.
