    NOOB rank has nothing to do with joining the website. NOOB rank is a rank that you will automatically have for your first 90 minutes of playing on MinecraftParty. After 90 minutes of gameplay, NOOB rank will expire, and you will become a normal player (No prefix) and can no longer play on premium minigames.
    You can purchase a VIP rank from the Minecraftparty shop here

    Noob is a trial of the rank VIP. You get it until the time runs out. If you want VIP you can buy it here!
    Basically to sum it up, you lose the rank NOOB when the time runs out, signing up for the website does nothing to it.
    Locked.
