Nuke glitch!

People will be people. Just suicide if you nuke glitch by accident. Then you won't get the kills. Just ignore the people who are trying to be assholes to you, you can't get banned for something accidental. (most of the time :v)

Is this a bug report or you asking people to stop with the nuke glitching flame wars and stuff?

 

It is not bannable (unless done multiple times ON PURPOSE), so do not fret. I feel you, someone gets a shot that kills you, then they scream glitcher. Just suicide if you end up glitching by accident, so the kills do not go to another nuke.

 

Marcel, just ignore those kind of people. It's ok since you did it by accident but if they start being d**** then might as well just call them noobs XD

What is the nuke glitch anyway?

 

Well, there are different kinds; intentional and accidental. Intentional is when you: A) run blankly into a pack of enemies expecting to die after you nuked and it did not go off, or B) use your weapon to block glitch before the nuke goes off. This form might result in ban IF you are caught doing it excessively in a short amount of time, and with enough proof given. Accidental glitching is when you say you get your nuke, then someone with an iso one shot kills you the second you get your 21st kill. This one is OK, but try not to die at all costs. Also, if this does EVER happen, kill yourself so the kills do not count toward your current KS, as that is unfair. Also, a way to apologize for the accidental is to say right after you died, "Sorry, someone killed me after the nuke. I did not mean to do it on purpose. Sorry everyone." (Then kill yourself in game), or something along those lines. People always yell "NUKE GLITCHER" when this happens. Apologize, and move on is the best advice I can give.

In a nutshell, it is something you do NOT want to do ever. Try to avoid doing this as much as possible. Ways to avoid doing this is get your last kill from a distance, or run away to cover after you get your final kill.

 

So it is when you die just before you nuke so your ks go's onto you next life. So if you get 21 kills from the nuke you get another one?

 

Yes. In theory in CTF you could get many nukes. If you were to nuke glitch and you got 20 kills every time, waited for a bit, killed 1 more person then nuke glitches against, you could get hundreds of kills in one game. But don't do that. I don't even know why I told you that.

That has happened to me....not a totally legit penta-nuke on summit. I died like every time I nuked. I have gotten flamed for that, but I hate people that do it on purpose

 

:V This thread will not make the users stop spamming. As Brawler said, people will be people. Simply ignore them, move on, and no harm no foul. There are mean people out there, and you just have to learn to live with it.

 

Sometimes, it's hard to avoid the nuke glitch even if you suicide after acidentally being killed. I once got 15 kills in a row from dying after nuking and players said they were gonna report me.

 

Okay this is what i don't understand is why did they put a delay on the nuke. this wouldn't have happened if they just left the nuke immediate.

 

Perhaps they thought it would be more realistic, as in real life, if somebody launches a nuclear bomb/missile, it won't be instant.

 

I just do /war chat. It helps. A lot. Seriously. They can't do anything to you. ANYTHING. I'm just going to let them ***** about me nuke glitching and proceed to not care. This is an open community; you can not expect perfect behavior.
