    hey guys, I've just finished a temple styled map and, well, here is the finished product, enjoy :grinning:
    Name: temple
    Time started: 21st December 2013
    Time finished: 18th January
    Gamemodes: TDM, CTF, onein, gungame, infect
    Creator: randomthing64

    Mods used: none, all made by hand, no mods used in the building of this map.

    Looking good! But can you make the big box-thing in the middle a bit more detailed? The top is pretty flat and it doesn't look too old.

    You might wan't to add a little bit more detail on the roof of the building but otherwise it looks great

    The building does need more progress, make the stone bricks mossy and cracked, with holes throughout and stairs / halfslabs to add texture / minor detail. If you have World Edit or SPC, select the entire building and use the command /replace 98 50%98,25 %98:1,25%98:2

    I agree with the square part. I, too, am guilty of making square-shaped maps, but you can pull it off in a city-type build. Not really in a jungle / natural build, though...
