    Do u know how if u donate like 2 perks [e.g scavenger and stopping power] you can only use 1 in a match?
    Have you said `I wanna use 2 perks in 1 game`? well we should make it like that ! Only 2 perks is possible, no 3 or up. + 1 OR - 1 write it down :3

    as for this idea scavenger + sleight of hand = OP.

    This was suggested before more than once. The first time this got suggested, it was denied. However, the 2nd time, the original poster said only certain perks would be secondary perks. Scavenger and stopping power would definitely not work and this would only be implemented if only the UP perks would be secondaries (speed, martydom)

    I Do Not believe so. It could be. Which I am hoping not for. Imagine: JoeyMast And Gynamo teaming up using scav and sleight, with cbows....#OPDEATH

    Well, sort of. @Darkchaosknight mentioned that you'll be able to buy the speed perk with /war buy in War 2.0. I'm pretty sure he said it was gonna cost 300 creds per game.
