Ballistic Vests

    I know this has been suggested before, but I wanted to suggest this idea with some more improvements. This can be a 15 killstreak. The item itself is a dark grey leather tunic with protection I or II. When recieved, the armor can be automatically equipped, or if coding that is not possible, then it would be placed on the last slot of the player's hotbar, and has to be manually equipped. The item will only last one life. The advantage of buying armor instead of this killstreak is that players can now replace it with another killstreak instead, such as the EMP. Also, the vest is not even close to being protective as iron or diamond armor, so it doesn't destroy the purpose of buying armor. Also, unlike bought armor, the vest does not last the entire round.

    I'd rather it be a higher prot, and possibly a 10ks.

    Yeah, because if it was a 15 ks, then wouldn't you get the vest AND an emp at the same time? Maybe a 9 or 10 is like ole said

    I was being careful not to make it overpowered. Protection III may work, though.
    In the next update, you can select/deselect your own killstreaks to customize your loadout. Which means you can swap out an EMP with this killstreak.

    Cool idea! I think that could be easy to code, maybe. That's a great idea, and I can possibly see it added in Mc-war 3.0. :3

    Ballistic vests are already a perk
    Maybe just a "bullet proof vest" instead?

    Wouldn't buying armor and super armor be considered a ballistic vest because you take less damage with those types of armor on.

    too weak for a 15 killstreak, you can still get owned with a sniper easily which makes it reasonably useless as a 15 killstreak.

    I did it a while ago, however, it wasn't a killstreak, but an item which would decrease incoming damage by some percentage. It was quite underpowered because it had a very high price. However, you wouldn't get 1-shotted by iso for rest of your life.
    Didn't CoDG have an armor killstreak?
