    No, that's grabbing someones IP through skype or another program/link. But grabbing someones IP and DDoSing could be bannable by threat.

    I don't know if that's a Ddos threat or not but he isn't hacking.
    this shouldn't be posted here - ( report a hacker section for actual hackers )
    Woundwart has been known to hack in the past but there is no evidential proof that he hacks in this picture, just him threatening you and telling you he knows your IP.

    He's been banned for DDoS threats.

    Just to be safe you should turn on your firewall and if you have a newer generation computer, they inform you if another person is using/on your ip address.
    Go here for more detailed information to protect yourself from being DDoS'd!
