My Staff Application Format

You spelt Minecraft wrong…
Some of these are good, but some of these are not relevant or well thought out at all. Like: Full First and Last Name:. This is not relevant, and most people don't like giving out their personal info online.

 

Would make most people uncomfortable.

Not needed really. People are judged on that, but it would only better if the problem has occurred recently.

Downgrade from there words to one word?

Not needed.

In all honesty, there are parts of this I like, parts I don't like, and parts that I cannot come to understand,
But, in my opinion, I think there is no need to alter the current Staff Application format.

 

I find the wording of this format confusing. Also, the tone of this format is very informal. I prefer the old one because it is more formal. I think that it should be more formal because applying for mod should be taken seriously.

This seems a bit specific, or is it just me?

This is okay, but we don't really need it.

 

This is great, but we really don't need a new Moderator Application form. Thank you for your input though. It is a great app.

 

Tac already made the format which is by far the greatest we have had so we'll still to that one.

 

The name thing is not needed at all. It also invades others' privacy.

 

This is what I have said. Many people don't like giving away their personal information to people they don't know. It is like me and Skype, I only give it to people I can trust, or I know personally.

It's a nice format, but it really is the same as Tac's one. It doesn't add anything, and I can't really think of anything we need to add to our apps.

Everything that's wrong with it. Plus, the one we have now is perfectly fine. It asks the necessary questions, and gets the job done. Thank you for caring, but I just don't think this is needed.

 

This is rather off-topic and pointless. Questions about personal info are rather evil and offensive, and please stop including WorldEdit stuff. McBrawl don't use it, unless required :V
You have multiple mistakes and the application is rather worse than the old one. I do not think that this could help our community as it is now, it would only cause more and more excessive lying about themselves. And that is not what we need. It even includes pointless adjectives and adverbs that honestly, can be used without stuff. Building experience is NOT NEEDED in our community, so I'd rather remove that. Honestly, this didn't improve anything, and even you, making threads related to moderator rank show how power-hungry you are. Can you do a thread about a funny event in Mc-War, or WarZ? Maybe a team or such? Maybe even few nice ideas to improve the servers? Right! I am indeed getting off topic, but we do not need this. Our current application is slightly more useful, and how can you prove that you aren't banned before? People will probably lie about it, and multiple words are spelled/written very wrongly, like 'Under Stand', do I have to stand under a putty? Or a owner?

 

Half of this is the same as the current format, And the other half is the same format but re-worded.
