Your app seems alright, but it seems like you don't have a very good reputation. You should change the strengths part however. Your answer does not answer the question and is not really relevant to strengths. Plus you were listing weaknesses.

I don't hate you, but from what I've seen from you on forums I would give you a -1.
But let's talk about the application:

1.) I think I never saw you on Mc-War and you have only been on the forums for 30 days, so you should wait longer.

2.) You answer to "What server are you applying for" is partly pointless and shows that you don't even know how many mc-war servers are there, definitely change it.

3.) A Staff Application is something serious so NO smileys and stuff like that:

4.) I don't see how "Artistic" qualifies you for being a Mod.

5.) You don't need to have a witness for a hacker/glitcher, screens are enough.

The most time you wont be able to answer this long to questions, so you should better answer with something like "Please read the books in your inventory" if a player asks how the server works generally.

7.) It would be better if don't use abbreviatiosn like "A.S.A.P" too often.

8.) Those list of commands are pretty much irrelevant, it looks like you want to make your application longer. Just take some examples in a fluent text and thats enough.

9.) Also look over your application for some spelling mistakes, make your answer too "A player is out of map on Mc-War" longer.
