He is adding a new feature. Maybe that's why it's delayed?

I do believe that the last information we got about the update is that it's done but needs to be tested. He must have added some stuff in it.

But no. Orange is actually still a very active member of MCB, in fact he's the one that fixed the bugged out broken bones. The way your screen was just wretchedly zoomed. That was he. He's also responsible for both the War update, as well as the high in demand WARZ update.

 

War and WarZ update, as well as a new map for WarZ... Give the man a break :L

 

I've heard that they're in the middle of debugging, but honestly I don't know the full story.
