    The app itself is good. But as many have been saying, it is you as a person that you need to work on before you have a sliver of a chance at mod. Many people remember what you have done in the past. You have not done much to show any traits that prove you fit for moderator. Wiping your reputation slate clean takes a lot of work to do.

    Anyways, as said above, the reason why people can't see you as moderator is because of you. You need to bring your reputation up. A lot.

    I can actually speak without a stupid accent, and my english is slightly better. I don't use advanced exclamation marks due to lack of time.

    I know you are trying. You have improved drastically from what you used to do. A good step is to change the banner in your signature. Stating that you will be a future moderator is a somewhat arrogant thing.
