    Orange has confirmed there are no nerfs. You may have missed some bullets because of the spread of the bullets.
    Also, your friend may have had armor which affects how much damage it does. There are many variables to damage, such as criticals, headshots, spread.

    Hmm, I loaded a whole Spas-12 clip onto someone who had full iron armor at point blank range without them eating at all, yet they still survived.

    Ive had problems with all guns the Barret cant 1 shot irons spas suck ass and the ak does noting anymore after the "update" I think the update was just a complete **** up.
