    A votable item, and as the title says, it is a first aid pack. Heals 5 hearts, and gives you strength II for 10 seconds. Thanks for reading! :smile: -xXBearPvPXx

    Way too unrealistic. Mortally wounded, then you just heal yourself somehow?

    Strength only affects melee damage, so it's not really necessary.

    A defect, slowness, or inability to sprint would even it out.

    Strengh II ? nope, it's used for regain not being superman. Strengh II could be used to create the item Morphine

    This would be op. I'm fine with the 5 hearts, but strength 2 is overpowered in my opinion.

    HOW is it OP? Five hearts is decent, and strength only affects melee damage, not gun damage. Plus, we can remove the strength effect.
