I like this idea.

 

This is what the LAW used to be but fireworks are a 1 shot so they removed it. This would be good aesthetically if maybe when the wither head explodes it bursts into fireworks,

How it works ingame is how a real LAW really works.

 

I don't think firework rockets can face any direction other than up

Even me, someone who has no knowledge of JS, still understands how this works.
The sequence is something like spawn firework effect here, then here, to make it look like one, when really you have just these individual ones that form a line.

Also, the old LAW had this effect and basically your fps went "Oh **** we got a dump truck of particles coming at us, everyone get DOWN!", and therefore it was removed and modified to the less laggy version of explosions.

Easy, change the texture of the wither head.
I did so, and made the law rocket look like Putty's face.

 

Now, the problem is the projectile itself. It might cause lag with the firework particles, or it might look bad, like the firework explosions did. I'm neutral though.

 

Skins like a good idea, though lots of people lag because of fireworks.

 

Fireworks can be coded to go in any angle... It's been done before on other servers. If @GreySwordz wants to clarify, that would be great. As for the idea, I like the law the way it is now. With the texture pack, it makes the either head look like a rocket. I think it looks good the way it is now.
