New Equipment Idea+ New Killstreak Idea

    Can you see if you can add in a Riot/Assault Shield in-game. My idea is it goes in equipment it will be a primary weapon and is store bought for $3-$5. The riot shield will have limited durability( i am thinking it could be like 37 durability so it will be like MW3 but instead of 2 mags of full auto and a few sniper rounds it will be one mag of auto and a few sniper rounds.), Riot Shield is primary(since it is primary there will be more ammo in the secondary gun) , You won't be able to push your firends or team with it, it could be placeable. Once placed it will provide 2 block protection and it can be destroyed with explosives/ when u die it disappears. Also they will be bad for infect so u could just punch through it if u are in the same block as them. While holding riot shield you will be slowed. Also you can't kill a guy while holding riot shield. You will only be able to protect yourself from front ward attacks. New Kill-streak Idea is based off of ghost with a guard dog. Basically when someone gets 10 kill they get a tamed dog with there teams color and it auto aggros on any enemy.
    Also the item for Riot/assault shield could be a Golden Chestplate The riot shield will be not to Op for people that wanted to know.

    Attack dogs killstreak is being added in the next War update.

    As for the riot shield, please give more details, and if you're suggesting that it will be a primary, nobody would sacrifice use of a skullcrusher or crossbow etc. for a riot shield unless it is ridiculously over-powered.

    But good ideas in theory, and keep posting more :smile: you never know, one day an idea of yours might be added.

    The riot shield one could be hard to code, with the defense and all, but it can most likely be done. The second idea is already being added in the new update: mc-war 2.0, which will come out shortly.

    This has been suggested so many times it's not funny anymore. The admins have already sorted what's going to be added in the update.

    To me, the Riot Shield seems a bit OP, however I do like the idea. But the attack dogs are being added in the update, or so I have heard.

    Well sorry it was my first post and in regular Cod a Riot Shield is primary but I think in someways it will be good for things like Ctf that is why people could sacrifice a Skully or CBow and also this is my first time on the forums Mrcowlick so no need to be rude and the Riot shield wont be to OP it could just be like something where if someone got to close u could die but it will protect u from oneshots with snipers or shotguns

    I don't think that Mrcowlick was trying to be rude, he was just filling you in. This was a nice idea, but try and add a bit more detail next time. Great job!

    That seems like a good idea. There isn't any perk so far (apart from speed and marathon) that is really made for CTF, so I think it could be a good idea to have a gun specifically for that gamemode. However, I think you'll find that when you're a higher level, you'll play CTF more for the nuking and not so much for capturing the flag, which may render riot shields useless in CTF. I'm sorry, but that is just my opinion.

    With a bit of tweaking, I believe this idea could grow into something brilliant.

    The riot shield is perfectly possible, and not too hard either. I like how it takes out your primary, balancing it. Maybe more ammo for your secondary then?

    Maybe you can swap out the riot shield for your sword or secondary? And if you hold it in your hand, you can block bullets, but it has limited durability?

    I don't know about your Riot Shield idea but I like the attack dog killstreak. Maybe we could make the dogs harder to kill instead of them getting one shotted.

    What item would the riot shield be?
    Do you keep up with the updates for McWar?
    Also very little detail in my opinion

    An attack dog is going to be added in the update as for the riot shield it's a good idea but it's need something to be retextured, probably the wooden or stone sword cause they can parry

    I guessed it could be a golden chestplate but teawithchoco had a good point it could be wood or stone sword.
    Thanks everyone for helping me on this. I really hope that this idea will pass hopefully for 1.9 or 2.0 updates. I am still open for suggestions

    I really like these ideas! Attack dogs are coming out in next update though. Keep on impressing me with these ideas!!! :grinning:
