A Nether Star

    As I was traveling through the Sewer system on my way to Lava City (Or Nether as it is commonly known) I Found a nether star lying on the ground. What does this mean, and is it a glitch?

    Possibly something messed up in the update. Or maybe it's a new item that I just don't know about.

    Honestly, I do not know what that is. It may be something glitched in the coding as ehvahn said, but it could be a new item without a texture. Thank you for showing us this!

    Perhaps something spawned in by one of the admins for whatever reason & dropped?

    Maybe an admin dropped it while exploring the map in creative mode? That's my best bet.

    However, I have just found out that in fact a few players have nether stars / have found one before.

    Yea, and I thought people glitched out of the map went to the nether and killed a wither xD.
    Then, simply I saw this and you found it in the sewers? GG nice find. :stuck_out_tongue:

    Do you have screenshots of the minigun? There have also been flamethrowers and RPGs.

    Perhaps, the Stars are there, to alert you that you're closing in on the nether? That is what people typically refer the Lava filled area as.

    An admin dropped it while exploring the map and now it is stuck when the map resets :V
    End of story.

    This could never be added and must have been a "Myth". Also if it were a weapon, it would be named and/or have a clip:ammo text signature.
