more ammo

Just buy scavenger and/or MVP/VIP

 

If you want more ammo then get scav. Thread answered, I suggest you ask for a lock here.

 

Get scavenger or get a five kill streak.

 

Get a five KS or donate, those are your options.

This thread needs more detail, I don't see anything wrong about maybe having a perk they doubles or even triples your ammo but the point of and auto is wasting your bullets or saving them.

I suggest firing in six shot bursts, It works for me!
(But I have scav)

 

There are few things, but coding of automatics having more ammo, is impossible. There are some bullets (Flint), and it is used as an ammo item. Different weapons use different number of ammo per shot. That can only be changed by purchasing VIP/MVP at first. You will also get some boosters, but no ammo replenishing. It will only be temporary.
While, scavenger is a perk that gives you more ammo per every kill. It is considered as the best "perk". I apologize, if that didn't help/you can not donate, but that's only way. You can also use your pistol to get to 5 kills, then use your automatic gun.

 

How is giving automatics more ammo impossible...? Even though this thread lacks detail, I have to agree. If you are a non donor (like me), autos don't have enough ammo. Then you have to use the Isolator, and then people call you an Iso noob. I honestly think that autos should have enough ammo for 3 or 4 full clips, so that you actually have a chance at getting a nice killstreak. To everyone who posted - not everyone can donate. I'm one of them. So before saying "donate for ____" please think of the people who cannot donate. :L

 

I do agree. Before I got scavenger, the m4 and AK ran out of ammo FASSSTT. Then, I could only use my m9. :V
Maybe just an extra mag can get added. (For a little more ammo)
Also, just get Scavenger Or MVP/VIP. It'll help.

Using my brother's account, it lets me know how the people without scav feel. And yeah, you run out of ammo so quickly.

Currently, here's how much ammo autos have. (in clips)
M16, M4, AK47, Famas: 2 full magazines and 4 extra rounds
Lamentation: 1 full magazine and 14 extra rounds
Skullcrusher: 2 full magazines and 16 extra rounds

Here's what I think they should be:
M16, M4, and AK47: 3 full magazines (90 rounds); these first 3 guns are quite underpowered, and deserve more ammo. The AK is an exception, but it's slow, and you tend to drain ammo trying to catch someone.
Famas: 2 full magazines and 20 extra rounds (80 rounds); The Famas is quite good, and its burst firing mode helps conserve ammo.
Lamentation: 2 full magazines (100 rounds); this gun is fast, but lacks power. You also drain ammo quickly because it fires so fast, and since it doesn't too much damage.
Skullcrusher: 3 full magazines and 8 extra (80 rounds); this gun, like the Famas, has a burst firing mode, which conserves ammo, so it should probably have the same amount of ammo.
That's my opinion.

 

It's pretty obvious that you get very little ammo in MC-War. If you look at real FPS games, you start with over 100 ammo! In MC-War, you only start with 64, and that pretty much ruins almost all of the automatics if you don't have Scavenger or VIP/MVP. We need to change that.

 

Let's take Battlefield 2, since I play this game the most. While Battlefield is not completely related to COD, one thing makes it similar: automatics have a good amount of ammo. The M16A4 has a 30 round clip, and 5 extra magazines. That is a total of 180 rounds that you can shoot. I think the server should change that or something. Wait, an idea...

 

I really don't like this idea. You need to be good with your ammo and gun. The gun does'nt suck. You suck

 

The idea is actually great, kinda...
so, do you wonder why a loooot of people still uses the iso? one of the reasons is: it has a lot of ammo.
if we gave more ammo to other guns, like autos, shotguns or even other snipers, and nerf the iso's ammo, less people would use the isolator.

 

I see what you are saying. Even though I have never donated before :V I can still tell that Mc-War gets a huge amount of its income from Scavenger, MVP, VIP, etc. so if you were to start with extra ammo, you shouldn't get too much or else Mc-War would lose some of its funding. So 100 ammo seems a bit too much, maybe 80 or even 90 is fair and doesn't ruin the point of donating.

 

what if your parents are like my parents and wont let you donate and you already have a 10ks but ur low on ammo, what then?

 

It's all about conserving ammo. As a non donator, you have to come up with a way to get nukes without scavenger. Ways to do this could be using your pistol to get many of your kills (I recommend using the python, it is quite reliable), and making every bullet count.

Honestly, if you know how to conserved ammo and be smart with your weapon combinations, you really don't need much more ammo. Plus, Mc-Warfare makes most of their money of MVP/VIP/Scavenger, and I the ammo was increased, they would lose some profit.
