Since these are different from the other staff apps, I am going to list the things that these type of apps that need to be judged.

Important note: The format will be changed soon.
    • Length and Detail: Okay, this isn't like a moderator staff application but at-least put some detail and work into it. Don't just say like "Yes" or very short answers.

    • Designs on your work/maps: Depending on how well the design is for a certain rank, judge their builds.
      -Examples-
AdvBuilder: A house or two that has good designing is very well done.
WE 1: A quite big build is needed.
WE 2: More builds is needed just to get this, even having some really good designing on one plot with WE, you'll still need a bit more builds.
WEPro: If the person took his/her time with making their builds, then they deserve it. Look upon their knowledge of how much WE they've made and how much builds they've made in general.

    • Grammar: First off, grammar doesn't really matter, you shouldn't judge them because they have bad grammar or have bad spelling.

    • New person to the forums: If the person is new, please don't say they can't apply just because of that. What really matters is how well they build.

    • Maturity: Maturity matters on here because... How would they handle WE without abusing it? Will they not abuse the power of what they got? Make sure to always check how mature they are in-game. Don't tell lies about this and be completely honest.
This one was brought to my attention by @Xelasi
When they get AdvBuilder, and if they're constantly spamming useless things in the chat, or just being pure annoying. Tell them to work on bring their maturity (or tell them not to use shout for "buildcomps, rollplay, etc").

    • Ranks: So for like if you are applying for a higher rank, then you must show detailed and very well done work. If its generic and bland then its not good enough to be accepted. Now if you're applying from like Builder to WE 2, then you must show really impressive work, if you apply for a very high rank like that, your chances of getting denied are very high if you don't make that app really impressive. And you can't apply for Creative Manager.

    • Denied Applications: If your app was denied, please don't make a another application that has the same work.

    • Judging a application based on the rank: Let's say you post a WE Pro application, you got detailed builds and they're good enough to get accepted. However... if you apply from like Builder to WE Pro, your chances are extremely low of getting accepted unless you can provide really good builds and very good answers to this. I highly suggest that you apply the next rank about your current one.

    • Pictures on before Applications: Used pictures, image links, screen shots, etc, on either Accepted/Denied do not count, please use new pictures instead of the same ones from one of your app(s). Remember to use NEW pictures or it won't count.
Please read what Doges put here, thanks @Doges
These are the current things that are important to judging a Creative Application.
And one other thing. PLEASE READ THIS THROUGH...

This is good. I never would of thought having maturity would matter with WE. Now, I guess I'll start looking at that when I judge a WE app.

I agree fully. The standards for build quality should be higher than what I've seen. Good builds don't take a few hours, they take a few days. I've seen some good builds built in a short amount of time, but it's rare that it happens. Point is that people need to put effort into it.

    Great guide! :V

Also, as you know I have been banned, will this affect my chances?
I am very mature, proven in my latest *denied* mod app.

I guess a little apology on your creative app would help.

"...reasons why it was denied, please don't..."*
There is a comma there. Also it sounds better to say "If your app was denied, please...".
But you can just insert a comma if you want. Sorry to be a grammar nazi but it was bothering me a lot.
