Send the pictures right now. We're not gonna give any feedback if we don't even know what the map looks like.

I think the yellow "W.I.P" might tell you something. This is an idea, he might not have even started on it. He most likely wants feedback if he should continue or scrap the idea.

Anyway back to the idea. The city seems too far back to be in the same timeline as mc- war. You could make it ruins.

I like that idea, pnspi. Kinda like a new Erosion. I actually like that map a lot. The only problem is it's so rare to play on. Other than that, you should get going.
What can go wrong with a battlefield in the middle of ancient ruins???

Pictures like many others said would help. Even if the map is heavily W.I.P, a picture gives at least a small idea of how the map would be like.

Be careful not to go overboard with the quartz blocks. I know it can get tempting, but you have to try to resist using too much of it

the lapis roof is total traditional roof (its not made of lapis in real life, but i couldn't use another type of realistic material)to the actual greek houses.
Image! http://i.imgur.com/gSrGk0N.png im kinda trying to resist from the quartz..the thing is there are not so much white materials that can match with the houses and ruins I've seen on photos of Greece

On the other end of the map, (opposite to the water) I would suggest making a giant building that looks similar to Acropolis.

Off Topic: Holy ****... I've built almost 3 Acropolis spawns without even realizing it in my past... wow.
On Topic: This should be put in the map, but you'll need some worldedit; from my past experiences its a long process even with worldedit to create the Acropolis. It takes several days to do it without worldedit. Also bedrock, take your time and don't rush; we want a fairly size map (maybe 100x100 with the details and the Acropolis)

the map deosnt have to be 100% EXACTLY as acropolis, its just a map on a part of the ruins in athens, what i can do is extend the map WAY more…thats it! i have lots of things in mind for the MC-WAR,and i want this map to be as i want,it may not look like the real Acropolis, but doesn't matter, what do i care its to people like the map and have fun.
