    Although you did apply recently, here is my response.

    The application itself can be acceptable
    Your forums, Teamspeak, and server activity is staggering
    but what is even more is your maturity.

    That last part is pretty much why I expected to give you a +1 before I even clicked on the link.

    Thank you for replying honestly, I know that my last app was denied a little while ago, but that is because I asked putty to take it down as I felt that I needed a little more time before I applied again. ALso another reason why I applied now is because of the shortage of WarZ staff members. Thanks for replying, have a great day.

    The WarZ community is, more than likely, the harshest community in McBrawl, so I'm going to ask you a few questions, and depending on how you answer then, it will determine my opinion.

    Firstly, you get promoted! You join 1.mc-warz.com for the first time as moderator, there is 53 / 60 players online, a large percentage of which are donators. Some players start questioning how you got promoted to moderator, and that you should get off the server, and you are not worthy of the position. No admins / Super-Mods are on at the time. I am the only other WarZ moderator on.
    What do you do to try and resolve the issue?

    Secondly, you're in the nether with some friends, the lot of you are starting to find bits of diamond armour, and you're all using mostly Tier IV weapons, not recording at the time. Suddenly, your compass stops spinning, and there are two enemies nearby. You and your group of confident warriors go to end the intruders, when you blatantly watch a player using forcefield to take 3 off you out.
    What do you do?

    For question one: I would answer them cooly and kindly. I would explain the steps of how I became a Moderator, and if they wish to how they could. If they don't believe me then I can do nothing to change their minds apart from tell them to go onto the forums and see for themselves. If they say that I am not worthy of being a Mod, then that is their opinion, if they really feel that strongly about me being a moderator then they can take the issue up with Putty or Chap. After all they were the ones that decided that I was capable of handling the role.

    For question two: I would write a detailed and accurate report of the situation to Putty and post a thread in the ban section, I would also gather screenshots if I had time before the offender killed either me or my teammates. In my report I would make sure to get the other members views on the situation and what had happened, once I had done this I would file the report to Putty and issue the offender/s with a kick or a Temp-ban. The ban would be in effect until the situation was taken care of by someone with powers that outrank me in authority and ability to punish, Aka, a S-Moderator or an Admin.

    Thank you for posting this @GreenPeas_, this really did make me think about the challenges of being a WarZ mod. I hope that my answers are at an acceptable level.

    Answer 1 : Very good answer. This has actually been a real problem with some of our moderators, so it is important you are aware of how to deal with this, if you were to be accepted.

    Answer 2: Again a good answer. Just make sure you are recording most of the time you play WarZ, and never ban a player for hacks unless you are certain the proof you have shows they are definitely using hacks!

    Overall, good answers. +1

    I never usually comment on Staff Applications. Never mind ask the applicant questions.
    Personally, I see I could mold you into Ole's replacement.

    Well, now you have. Not only it was on a players, it was on yours! I think these questions make a difference in an application to see if someone is worthy.
