    I noticed recently on the home screen it says "Coming Soon - Current player top rankings".


    What is this about, and how will "top rankings" be calculated? The previous hall of fame was just number of kills I think (melting was always on top). Is it just about grinding day and night to get your kills up, or something more logical?

    What do you think should go into top rankings calculation?

    For me, KDR pretty much does it, but then again you may get a level 1 player with a 20 KDR just because they played one infect game in their life. # of Nukes may be the ultimate telling sign, but again you get ISO sniper campers who may not be great at melee play appearing on the list.

    I think it would be judged by kills again, but it would be nice to see something a little more complicated.

    I think KDR shows it the best. You could rush in using donor guns and die often, but get scores like 30-21. Counting nukes means that everyone starts from 0, which no one wants. KDR just shows how good you are at getting kills and not dying.
    In my opinion, it would be nice to see a leaderboard with top kills, top KDR, etc., however.

    Actually, mafiaferret was at the top of our current outdated leaderboards. However, if there's gonna be a new updated leaderboards, than either I do agree it should be by kdr. With kdr, it shows real skill in how efficient of a killer you can be while not trying to die. Either Joeymast or CaptainBrawler will have this spot since they have some of the highest kdr's in the server.

    Last time I checked, Joey's alt had a 14.somethin KDR

    I feel like there should be some type of formula to get an average of KDR and kills. So you're averaging an average with one of the things averaged. yes.

    Yeah, but CaptainBrawler has a 10+ kdr, and I bet he isn't even prestige yet. There's still a chance he could catch up to Joey's alt.

    Mine is only about 3.6 I think. My alt is around 4.5, trying to get it above 6, but I play too many gunagames and FFAs to keep it higher. Also, I hate infect so probably miss out on a lot of free kills through changing servers when infect comes up.

    Maybe a slight add on this one, what if it was number of nukes in last 100 games, then it doesn't matter if it starts from zero. I understand it is probably too difficult to program as you need to keep a Db of nukes per player and a running total of games played.

    This wouldn't work if it was just KDR because if you were a level 2 with 15 kills 0 deaths to would have a 15.0 KDR and be at the top of the leaderboards. I think it should be all stats combined together to rank players.

    I think it should be first kills second kdr the 3rd is nukes

    I would like to see two separate leader boards, one for KDR and one for Kills. Possibly a third which would be Nukes if they have been stored in the system memory or something like that.

    definitely not level MVP VIP and donation packages that stuff.

    KDR should be more important, the kills don't really make a difference cause you have a lot of kills but also a lot of deaths

    This idea may not work ... But cant we make the top of the player in month. ? Instead of leader board ...
    Because if joey or mafia and others top players didn't stop playing mcwar ... It is impossible to beat them. Especially newbies.

    On topic : KDR will be good.

    Kills is the most important thing, becuse that also means level.
