    Exactly.

    People Bad at Rating Apps: "SNN -1" "-1 for reasons stated above" "-1" etc..

    People Good At Rating Apps: People who are good at rating apps leave long responses that states what the person is missed and how they can improve to reach their goal of moderator. Helpful posts are the ones that are long, detailed, and friendly.

    I honestly adore the idea! The concept in which normal forum members can't post, but only the most mature, creative, and best application reviewers can reply with constructive criticism. I give a +1 to this post.

    I would be interested in doing this. I have strayed away from the staff apps for a few months, but I do look at it every once in a while. I mainly like to depict my time with the good quality apps by the active community members, not the ones from the new guys. Obviously, there would have to be an approval system of some sort to get accepted into this (if it is considered and accepted). If I can help grade and review a good mod app, I would be more then happy to help.
