Requirements:
To join Zqua, you must be asked to join by a Mod+. This means: Do not ask to join. If we believe you are worthy, we will acknowledge it by asking you. Also, you must be active on the servers. If you are inactive, you will be kicked.

Staff:

Admin:

Admins are tasked with demoting any players under their rank. They do not have to ask approval of the owners, so this position obviously requires absolute trust to receive.

Super-Mods

Super-Mods are able to demote any ranks that are below them, no questions asked.

Mods:

Do Their job of inviting/kicking players.
Clan Helper:

Can suggest players whom they would like to invite/kick to and from the clan.

To get a staff position in Zqua, you need to be one of the best players I know, and you MUST have my complete trust. If you are already staff and wish for a promotion, you must earn it by showing superior skill, and other necessary qualities. It is unlikely that you will receive mod+, but if you are interested in it, just let me know.

How we choose a player:
•The player must have extreme skill with a wide variety of guns.
•[Mods+] Ask yourself: Would you like to be on a team with this player?
•Ask the player for their stats. If any lies are detected, you will be auto denied.
•Judge the player on multiple games until you are sure they are capable of joining.
Please, do not ask to join. I cannot tell you how annoying this gets sometimes. If we think you are a good player, we will ask you to join.

Loyalty:
I'm honestly tired of members constantly leaving, then just asking to rejoin. So, I've decided to create this system: Each member gets 3 invites. That means they have 3 chances to choose to be loyal. If they have maxed their invitations, and they wan to rejoin, they must join the training clan until we decide they can rejoin. Hopefully this will solve some issues.

Zqua - Training Clan
I've denied quite a few people from joining Zqua, and it got me thinking. I thought, "why not create a training clan?". So, here it is. One problem: I have no idea who's going to own and run it.
Owner: The owner of the training clan must be helpful, friendly, active, and an all around good player.
•Must be skilled with a wide range if guns to be able to help any kind of player
•Has to be friendly (can't scare them away! )
Training clan reqs: I am not really sure on this... Maybe we should start with level 40+ (so the player has decent experience).

Want to lead the clan? I'll just go ahead and throw together an application to make it more fancy .
