    Really? I thought you were allowed by now to play at least some guns in Minecraft.. but, maybe your parents are very protective.

    Really your 16 (small world me too) anyway your parents are really strict why is that can't they see that you of a mature age?

    Well to keep to simple, say that you will take this violence and make it teach you right from wrong. Say that this is all make belief, and could never happen. Best thing to help you out is challenge them. Say that you bet you could take this the right way, meaning you will not become more violent or hostile. If your parents suspect that you have changed by becoming violent, they can take it away as you might not be ready. But if you prove them wrong, you show you are mature enough for the game. First M rated game I ever saw was Halo 2 at the age of 4 with my cousins (who were still in I think high school or even end of middle school). They also played games like CoD and even GTA. I got halo 3 in I think third grade, and even got CoD 4. In my intro, I mentioned my group of friends. Two of those guys took the message in a wrong way, and became violent. They changed for the worse. But my best friend and I took it correctly, and learned from this being wrong. I wish you luck, for minecraft I would just change the texture pack to the nerf one or make a water gun pack.

    Yes. There are two types of people. People that learn good things from video games, many people that take it the wrong way.

    They just dont like anythinf that involves killing. I completely understand why. I know when its too far. When I saw saving private ryan beach scene, I shut tje video off because it was too much. I tried to convince my parents to let me get the old cod 2 game so i could make tue maps. However, they said that there are other games to make maps from. BUT cod map remakes are usualy accepted. I cant tell them mc war is a cod server or shat will hit the fan. Videos of map tours only can go so far. I only play on weekends unless is vacation, summer, half day, or no school. Im not hooked to mc either. I take week breaks from minecraft during the summer. I have keeping A's amd B's for 6 years now. Schools comes first. The only time I can play cod is at Boy Scout game nights or at a friends house. Well BlR I found out is still con my pc. I fully didnt delete ot apparently. Should i keep it on until later or reallu delete it?

    Been there. When I wanted to play halo 3 I did a comparison of Halo 3 and Gta 4, I informed my mom that on was extremly violent to the core and one had less violence.
