[Rank idea] Forum Helper

    Basically, this would be a specialized forum rank, for which you could apply. Main requirement would be forums activity, and point of this ranking would be to browse forums, help out people, etc.
    In my opinion, this could help out as not many staff members dig through threads. At the same time, they could use a rank for off-topic.

    Of course, all forums rules would apply on them, and requirement would be same for moderator rank, but higher post count required. I understand that staff members watch stuff like that, but there will always be few missed out threads.

    Hey, don't try to replace us. But in all seriousness, Mods already do this. In addition i do not see this being very helpful we have a lot of mods as of currently.

    Multiple threads have been left out without staff attention. I am not trying to be offensive, just requesting for staff to be more active, as they take care of our community.

    I'm not sure what I could give to the helper rank that makes them a little more powerful than a member and not as powerful as a moderator.

    The forum rank could have access to the reports, like when someone reports a post, he'll get a alert and he'll be able to deal with the situation.
    The forum should be able to look at the mod apps but cannot post anything on them. Forum helpers should be able to lock threads but not move them

    Nah they shouldn't be able to join the staff channels, they must have a limit to their powers but idk about the staff chat

    Maybe view mode. Like they can see it, but can not write or copy and paste anything. That could work. Perhaps, Forum helpers could get their own ts3 channel/room?

    McBrawl can always convert to their old ways... when there are forum mods and War mods, which are completely separate. That doesn't mean that in any case that the forum requirements will change, just be buffed up a bit for Forum mods and admins.

    This is an interesting idea, but I don't think we really need forum helpers because there's always atleast 1 staff member on. Mods already take care of forum duties at the same time, so forum helpers aren't really needed.

    Moderators are unable to view reports. Only super mods and above can.
    Really, I don't see much of a point in this. As said above by PublicEnemy, you can always report a thread/PM a staff member. In my opinion, a lot of the forum sections like War, are moderated pretty well. If you need something looked at, report it and GreenPeas or the admins will take care of it if the report is valid.

    I personally have always wanted a forum moderator, someone who is active on the forums and is mature. They could go through all of the reports. But now I realize that this is not needed because each staff member takes care of their own section. I'm neutral on this one.

    The only thing I like about this is the moderator ability in the off topic section.
    Why do we need an off topic moderator?
    ~Spam threads.
    ~Totally off off topic.
    ~Flame war.
    ~Etc, normal lock requirements on off topic.

    We simply don't get enough reports to have a rank that can check them and handle them by only locking.

    Maybe in the far future when our forums are as big as minecraftforums, but right now this is a no. Sorry <3
