You can currently use the command "/Rules" on the MC-War server, to which you will receive this set of rules:



Personally, I think that these 3 rules cover everything, if you could think of anything else, please mention them in the comments below.

 

No abusing of staff commands.
Read the books.

 

This post will remain open as an admin may in fact see this and want to implement it.

 

There should be a great board of rules to cover all individual sevrer rules because most people forget to do /rules.

 

They could do rules on the Hub, McParty and Mc-War, maybe THG.

 

Even if there were signs at spawn, many of our members would most likely ignore them. They ignore the /rules command, they don't read the book... We can't force them to read the rules. We need to be more strict with our rules. That's the only way they will learn.

 

You have to understand this:
20% of people don't look at chat at all
50% of people look at it but don't do /rules
80% of people don't read signs

IMHO, not feasible/useful.

 

I know.
We'll need a way to learn new people the rules... Maybe broadcast it ALL over their screen?

Ontopic: This is useful, but to a certain extent because not many players bother to read the signs, players may have no time as they are selecting classes etc...

 

Maybe they should make it so you get 10 credits if you do /rules (Cooldown maybe 2 days?) and have it say in the chat from times to times to remember to do /rules so new players does it more

 

I can not find it, but did not someone just post a thread somewhere on the forums about hologram like projections? On another note, some of you may remember Dark's tutorial room that he made for the update. My idea was to incorporate a hologram of the rules right in front of the person at the spawn of the tutorial, as then no one will be able to avoid them, even if they skip the tutorial all together.
