Yeah, I figured since he is literally the creator of mc-war and such. I messaged him some tine ago and he hasn't answered yet, so I don't think he will be answering me.

    Great idea!
In my opinion glitching can be forgiven, but hacking out of the map should be insta-ban.

I know, I've been playing on MinecraftParty, with people who openly talk about their hacks, and how no one else has a chance at winning. Their attitude is because they haven't been warned, or punished. This is a great idea.

Sure, lets just go ahead and add this to all the servers. Seems like it would work as a global report system. I don't know the reporting systems for the other servers, so there might be a few things to work around. I'm not orange, so I don't know if this would work for all the servers (but I hope it would regardless).
I agree. However, when people glitch every single round, it can get on some peoples nerves.

Bumping this back up, since it is a valid issue that is currently going on. And no. You can't grave dig server ideas v:
Now, to end this, we need to make it clear and obvious that the rules are not to be broken, and that you listen to moderators, instead of ignoring them. The first one is kind of easy to do, just set up a broadcast system that tells you not to glitch/hack, and have a board of rules at spawn that is easily seen. The second one is harder. If members ignore a member of staff, we should probably be tougher on them than on normal players, to show them that the staff are in charge and aren't to be ignored. (without abusing powers, of course)
Any ideas to help resolve this problem?

I say their needs to be stricter punishments. Honestly, they know they'll get away with it once, even when a Moderator is online, because all we do is give them a warning. Yes, the warn, kick, ban is a good system, but shouldn't be applied to all situations. Members need to know we're the authority figures, and that we should be respected and listened to. What do you guys think?

Thanks for the feedback you two. However, I have observed that most glitching goes on when Moderators are not on the server when the glitching occurs. Moderators can act if they catch someone glitching. I believe that the more pressing issue is when players glitch when moderators are not online. Also, I think that part of the issue is that most people think they can glitch or get out of the map and get away with it. Unfortunately, unless there is a moderator on the server with them, they are right. That is why I believe that if players are alerted that they have caught breaking the rules when they are reported for glitching or being out of the map, and will be banned if they continue to break the rules, they will see that their behavior has been noted and will stop breaking the rules. Also, I agree with Signatured that their should be stricter punishments. What this looks like, however, I do not know. Perhaps temp-bans could last longer or something else along those lines.

Does anyone else have any feedback? People's "you can't touch me" attitudes have progressively become worse. Do you think that this is a good solution? Do you have a better idea?

This "You can't touch me" attitude is usually hidden within big servers (ex. McBrawl, Avicus, Hive...) and usually there aren't always mods at the spot of every crime scene once it happens. This message would tell the players that players and staff are always watching, and that they are in charge and have zero tolerance for this. Sure, the current mod system is great, but some rules need stricter enforcement like C4 Glitching going OOM. I give this idea a yes since it will help discourage the "I can get away with doing this" kind of mind frame the rule breaks are in.
