    Why not add a fishing hook? It stops people from camping 24/7 and it would allow people to get food from water

    When they peak you can pull them out of their camping spot

    Well, it could just be another way to get food, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that fish is already in use.

    Yep
    Fish = Canned Fish

    Also, instead of pulling people, fishing hooks tend to knock back people.

    It could work like a grappling hook of some sort.

    That would allow players to get in some pretty OP area's. It could work though.

    Maybe like 1 or 2 durability? Sounds a bit more balanced.
