Staff Tags

Personally, I just like having the old format because it's much easier and simpler to determine who is what rank.

 

I honestly think you should make it the new way, but with little text to identify each one.

 

I agree with Mario. Sometimes the symbol looks a little small and is kind of.... Odd.

Like Mario, I liked the old version better, but still, great work, Putty!

 

This new format seems great, since it doesn't take as much space, and if you could apply tooltips to it, the format would be great. Another possibility is that you put the name of the server under the symbol it make it easier.

That's what I was thinking, but I feel as if it would take up more space compared to using the old format.

 

Perhaps they could put the icon/message that they're mod in all of their signatures?
Or they could place it in the "Offline" "Online" banner next to their avatar. The icon, I mean.

 

I like the words over the images (old format over new). If I may, I would like to maybe suggest something (tell me if it is possible). Ok, so you know how there is the online/offline tag under your picture? Well, for the mods, what if you made one under that online/offline tag. The tags would be War, WarZ, Party, and PVP (or survival, PVP would take less space). So, it would slightly expand your profile box (do not know what to call it), but it would make it less cluttered. What do you think?

I must say, I do prefer the original, maybe if you just made the banners slightly smaller it would be easier to fit them in?

 

I think we need to revert to the old format. New players might find it hard to see what rank a staff member is, and the older format look a lot neater.

I honestly like the banners (old format), simply because it clearly states what servers you moderate. I feel the images would be rather confusing for some of the new members.

 

The old one is easier to distinguish which Staff member does what. I vote for old tags.

 

I'm sorry Putty, but I'm going with the banners. They are easier to understand. :V

 

I perfer the old one because most staff only have two ranks.
I only see the new one to benefit staff like MrO.
Maybe an option for staff to choose, I dunno.

 

The icons are cool and all, but it's harder to distinguish what type of mod someone is with an icon. But, just put a tag of the server below the icon and I think the problem will be fixed.

I liked the old one. As above members have mentioned, it's much easier for members to see which server they moderate on with tags. Adding a text that shows which server each icon represent may be better though.

 

I like the new one more, but I can understand people not knowing what they actually mean.
