Mod apps

They don't think.

 

Nobody expects newbies to get mod. They make apps because they don't know what's expected of them.

 

They don't do their research. Most servers don't require forum activity to be a Moderator. That's what makes McBrawl unique. Never before have I ever been a part of a more active forums community. Think of me for example. When I joined the forums, my first thought wasn't to make an application. I browsed around, looked at accepted/denied Moderator Applications, and started posting. If they did their research and actually became a part of the community, they would greatly increase their chances. If only...

 

The standard for mod apps here is thousands of times higher than on other servers. I've seen noobs who had terrible mod apps get accepted on other servers.

 

Many servers don't even have mod apps. Some noobs are just given mod. lol

 

You're so ****ing wrong...

Every single reputable server ever has a forum which mods must be active one.

We aren't that unique

 

They most likely think they can get mod without trying.
They underestimate the power of McBrawl...

 

OFFTOPIC: While Hypixel's server not was that big, I was new on the day, and allmost got accepted as a "Game Designer"..
ONTOPIC: People thinks they are worthy mods. They don't care they have to work to get the position.

 

These kids believe that mod is a joke and easy to get. I didn't apply until now, since I was strict as @Matty18A told me about mod requirements. I knew that I'd get denied. Smart moves, aren't they?

 

What's even worse is servers that allow you to donate for Moderator rank...

 

Really, they have been developing. Go to the last page of accepted applications. They're extremely short, yet they got +1's because we didn't expect a lot back then. That's probably how most server forums work.

 

I noticed this when I was examining accepted Applications. It's true, the times really have changed.

 

Yep, active people with short applications always get complimented with how long the application is, and new people with long applications always get short as a reason to be denied.
